Michael Plasencia is a paramedic in Southern Florida who was forced to aid Octavio de la Paz and the GCE saboteurs in the raid on the USSC when his wife and daughter were threatened. After he helped Octavio and the other GCE loyalists take control of the United States Southern Command, Octavio decided his usefulness was done, declared his wife, daughter, and son dead, and shot Michael dead.
